HOME MINISTER AMIT SHAH INUAGURATES RADIATION THERAPY BLOCK OF CANCER INSTITUTE

GUWAHATI,july 25: After the Assembly election of Assam, Honorable  Amit Shah Home Minister of India visits first time on Sunday in Guwahati. Before his presence in Assam honorable Amit Shah arrived shilong on Saturday 24 july to meet Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad sangma where he held meeting with relevant members of Assembly to discuss and to resolve the long decades old border disputes between Assam and Meghalaya.

Home minister Amit shah visits to Assam having  intention of launching various schemes for the people’s of Assam.

On Sunday Shah pay visits at Maa Kamakhya temple after that he laid the foundation stone of “Tamulpur Medical College and hospital” later inaugurated  “Radiation-therapy block and state of the Art linear accelerator machine at state cancer institute.” Shah also took part in launching of “prarthana program schemes” to provide 1 lakh rupees to those families who had lost their family member or died due to covid-19 .

In the valuable speech at Kalakshetra International Auditorium with the presence of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and his member’s, Union Minister Amit Shah disclose that in Assam 21 new hospitals construction works in different districts of Assam is under way. Also added that eight new Cancer Hospital and research institute Construction will be done in Northeast so that patients would be exempted from unnecessary expenses or going to Delhi and other Places for their treatment.
