Sanjevani Hospital Guwahati operates first Balloon Sinuplasty procedure in Northeast.

AZIR KHOBOR, GUWAHATI, 1 NOVEMBER : Sanjevani Hospital a city based hospital located in Maligaon has operated the first ever first Balloon Sinuplasty procedure in Northeast India. Balloon sinuplasty is a procedure that ear, nose and throat surgeon’s uses for the treatment of blocked sinuses. Patients diagnosed with sinusitis but not responding to medications requires sinus surgery. The procedure was conducted by Dr. Avinava Ghosh and Dr. Bhaben Choudhury of Sanjevani Hospital.
