NRL signs MoU with EIL for R &D and deployment of Technology

For expanding the research activities of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between NRL, one of India’s premier oil refiners in the North East & Engineers India Limited (EIL), India’s leading engineering & technology consultancy, on 31st March 2022 at EIL Head Office, New Delhi.
Engineers India Limited holds a 4.37% stake in Numaligarh Refinery Limited, and this MoU will lead to greater synergies between these two reputed Oil & Gas Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) to develop and license indigenous technologies, contributing significantly to the vision of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’
The agreement was signed by Sr.CGM (CA) NRL, Mr. N Borthakur, and Executive Director (R&D) EIL, Mr. Rajib Aggarwal in the presence of senior officials from both organisations.
