NRL Presents Interim Dividend Cheque of Rs. 114.76 Crore to Govt. of Assam for FY 2022-23

AZIR KHOBOR, GUWAHATI, 20TH SEPTEMBER, 2022 : NRL today presented the 1st Interim Dividend of Rs.114.76 Crore to the Govt. of Assam for the FY 2022-23 for its equity stake of 26% in the Company.

Chairman NRL and CMD OIL- Dr. Ranjit Rath presented the Dividend Cheque to Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam-Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in the presence of Hon’ble Minister of State, Petroleum and Natural Gas- Shri Rameswar Teli; MD NRL- Shri Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan; Director (Finance) NRL-Shri Indranil Mittra; Independent Director of NRL Board – Shri Sudip Pradhan and GM (Corp. Comm.) NRL- Smti. Madhuchanda Adhikari at the State Secretariat.

Earlier on 8th August 2022, the Board of Directors of NRL had approved the payment of 1st Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2022-23 @60% (i.e. Rs.6.00/- per fully paid equity shares of Rs.10/- each) on the paid up share capital of the Company.
