Annual Training Camp for NCC cadets of 50 Assam Air Squadron starts with full josh and vigour at JNV Dudhnoi.

AZIR KHOBOR, GUWAHATI, 2 OCTOBER : The annual Training Camp for the cadets of 50 Assam Air Squadron NCC has commenced at JNV Dudhnoi from 27th September as per the plan.

A number of activities like, PT, Parade, sports, games, yoga, tent pitching, rifle drill, cross country, range firing, fire fighting, first aid, cultural activities, technical classes, Aeromodelling training etc are going on in full swing as all these activities have to be completed during this short period of 7 days. The highlights of the camp will be flying the Microlight aircraft by few cadets with their Commanding Officer, Group Captain Robin Vishoyi. Due to paucity of time, flying will be carried out only for those few selected cadets who will perform well in the activities planned during the camp. Apart from motivating the cadets, this incentive will create a sence of competitiveness and ensure that the cadets perform to the best of their capacity. The aim of the camp is to impart all the valuable lessons and training required to make them the best cadets, leaders, volunteers, responsible citizens and the future guardians of our society.

All the safety precautions have been taken to avoid any type of unwarranted incident during the camp.
