Burger & Beer Fest:
Abacus brings to Guwahati the Northeast’s First Ever International Burger & Craft Beer Fest, ‘BURGER & BREW’, starting from 13th May to 31st May. One can enjoy a range of scrumptious classic and innovative burgers inspired from a variety of global flavours (country wise) along with freshly brewed craft beer.
Inspired from 8 different countries the festival menu includes a wide variety of burgers, from ‘The Great American Burger’ to interesting options like ‘Chicken Schnitzel Burger’, ‘Nagasaki Pork Bahn Mi’ which has a Vietnamese flavourful pork patty, sriracha, mayo and pickles, ‘The Tokyo Catch’ which is a Japanese Style Fried Fish Burger.
Vegetarians on the other hand will definitely enjoy ‘Aloo Cheese Burst Tikki Burger’, ‘Ola Vegetariano’, A Spicy Mexican Veg Burger with Chipotle Mayo, Sliced Cheese, Nachos, Salsa and Pica De Gallo, and ‘Casablanca’ the awesome Morocccan Harissa Paneer Burger.
This will be a decadent festival with an extensive menu and interesting flavour combinations, featuring a variety of freshly flipped burgers and freshly brewed craft beers.
